Secure travel for visiting foreign dignitaries.
Protocol-aware ground transportation, security trained drivers, and protective agents for ministers, ambassadors, royal households, heads of delegation, and their staff visiting Colorado and Wyoming.

One plan from the aircraft door to the final departure.
We regularly support visiting delegations in Aspen, Denver, and across the mountain corridor. Every visit runs on a single plan agreed with the protocol office and the delegation’s security lead: who rides in which vehicle, in what order, on what route, and what happens when the schedule changes.
- 01Vehicle assignments and order of movement agreed with protocol in advance
- 02Security trained drivers briefed on the program, the principals, and the routes
- 03Protective agents through Aspen Security, working with the delegation's own detail
- 04A police liaison who arranges motorcade escorts with local police, sheriff's offices, and the State Patrol
- 05A ground manager as the single point of contact for protocol and staff
- 06Discretion by default: we never name the delegations or governments we support
From the aircraft to the hotel without a gap.
International arrivals are where delegation plans most often slip. We stage for the arrival you have and the one you might get.
- 01Private and state aircraft met at the FBO, timed around customs and immigration processing
- 02Commercial arrivals at Denver International with a greeter at the gate or arrivals hall
- 03Principal vehicles, staff vans, and a dedicated vehicle for luggage and equipment
- 04Luggage moved directly from aircraft to vehicle
- 05Hotel or residence ready before the delegation lands

Advance work done before the delegation lands.
Suites, venues, and routes are checked before the principals arrive, so the first day runs on a plan that has already been walked.
- Hotel and venue advance, including arrival points and back of house routes
- TSCM bug sweeps of suites and meeting rooms on request
- Primary and alternate routes for every movement
- Hospital and emergency services mapped along each route
- Vehicle order, seating, and protocol requirements confirmed with the protocol office

Built to work inside someone else’s security plan.
Many delegations travel with their own protective detail. We take direction from the detail leader, fit our vehicles and drivers into their plan, and keep our footprint as small as they want it.
Police escorts are provided at the discretion of the agency with jurisdiction.
- 01The detail leader sets the planWe supply vehicles, security trained drivers, and local knowledge inside the delegation's security plan, and inside any U.S. protection assigned to the visit.
- 02Drivers trained for principal movementProtective driving, route awareness, and the discipline to hold position and timing through schedule changes.
- 03Motorcades and police escortsLead, principal, and staff vehicles moving as one, with escorts arranged through our police liaison with the departments along the route.
- 04Low profile by defaultUnmarked vehicles and nothing at arrivals that identifies the principal or the delegation.
Prepared for the mountains, connected to home.
- 01Med kit in every vehicle; protective details add a full trauma kit and oxygen
- 02EMT or paramedic credentialed agents available on request
- 03Starlink satellite internet so staff stay in contact with home offices across time zones
- 04Winter tires on every primary vehicle through the season
- 05Weather and pass conditions tracked before every mountain transfer

Common questions from protocol offices and security leads.
Yes. We plan each visit with the protocol office or host organization: arrival details, vehicle assignments, order of movement, and the schedule. Changes go through one point of contact so the plan stays consistent for everyone involved.
Yes. The detail leader directs the movement. We provide vehicles, security trained drivers, local route knowledge, and protective agents through Aspen Security if requested, and keep our footprint as small as the detail wants it.
Yes. Our police liaison coordinates escort and traffic support with the police departments, sheriff's offices, and State Patrol along the route, so the protocol office does not have to make those calls. Escorts are provided at the discretion of the agency with jurisdiction.
Yes. We coordinate multi vehicle movements that pair SUVs for principals with Sprinters for staff and a dedicated vehicle for luggage and equipment, timed so the whole delegation moves together.
Yes. We stage vehicles at the FBO, coordinate timing with the aircraft handler and customs processing for international arrivals, and move luggage directly from the aircraft to the vehicles.
We do not name the delegations, governments, or officials we support. Itineraries are shared on a need to know basis with the personnel assigned to the visit, and NDAs are available.
Aspen sits near 8,000 feet and the passes go higher, which catches many visitors off guard. Every vehicle carries a med kit, protective details add a full trauma kit and oxygen, and EMT or paramedic credentialed agents are available on request.
Yes. We support delegations in Jackson Hole and across Wyoming, and our traveling details service can keep the same drivers and agents with a delegation on onward legs.
