Law enforcement experience

A team that already knows how government travel works.

Our team includes former and current law enforcement officers who have worked alongside government agencies, protective details, and public officials. They know how an official movement is planned, who needs to be in the loop, and how to hold a schedule together when it changes. Operations run under former Colorado State Trooper leadership.

Our police liaison works with the departments along the route so your office does not have to make those calls, and our drivers know how to run a motorcade once it is moving.

Remote and rural travel

Field work does not stop where the signal does.

Agency travel often leaves the interstate for public lands, energy sites, rural communities, and mountain towns. Every primary vehicle carries Starlink, a cellular booster, winter tires, and a med kit, so the trip stays connected and prepared wherever it goes.

  • Officials reachable by phone and email for the whole drive
  • Weather, pass conditions, and road closures tracked across both states
  • Hospital and emergency services mapped along each route
  • Statewide coverage in Colorado and Wyoming

Working with your office

Tell us your requirements up front.

Every agency and office has its own rules for booking travel. Send yours with the request, whether that is a purchase order or billing requirement, vendor forms, an insurance certificate, passenger security requirements, or documentation for reimbursement, and we will confirm what we can provide before anything is booked.
